I hate Indian recruits.  They say and do not know that the job is 3000 miles away.  I can't understand them because of their accents and a clunky phone connection.  If I hear another man's name, a chuck with a thick curry smell that you can smell on the phone that I will peck.  I want to write a plug-in for Firefox or Chrome that automatically screens with the name of any Indian.  Also all their emails are called URGENT.  Immediate is when you have to take a dump and will not find a place to do it.  In fact, getting a placement for them is immediate.  I am fed up with it.  A company sent me about 100 miles for an interview and called me halfway and told me it would be closed the next day.  No apology  I went the next day and they never did to me how I did.  I had to call and they would only say "the situation is still open".  Eat those curries, boastful, nothing-but-stupid, bastard.  And he goes for the female.  They are worse.  I feel better now.

You are wrong  "Direct hire" is a term used by recruiters when they are asked to appoint someone.  Meaning they get the percentage of salary that the candidate gets for the first year.  I personally work on temporary to hire, which means that I hire people who go on contract first.  You are really extracting a lot of wrong information!  If you make 70k and I hire you directly, I get a percentage of your 70k salary.  It does not affect your salary in any way shape or form, you are still going to get 70k.  On top of that, the majority of salary is not 30%.  Most direct fares come with a percentage of 15-20% of their first years.  You are probably working with large recruitment firms that have a quota to hit (like any other sales job or other job you need to hit key performance indicators), from a small firm  Which is more hands on experience than working with.  Some of my recruiting friends who claim that this is a "shady business" are, as you claim, people who are 23 years old long enough to hit their KPIs (key performance indicators)  Working 60k a year as a recruiter.  This job is no different from any job.  That is a quota to hit.

Right now, scientists are detecting concentrations in the atmosphere that are 10 times the amount declared by countries in their reports.  Scientists say that all this is not coming from countries like India, China and South Korea..
